We will submit your claims electronically
Before your visit, we are happy to confirm your coverage amounts with your insurance company. We will also file claims on your behalf. Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
Coverage levels will be confirmed on an individual basis
Our fees are considered usual and customary
We set our fees so that most (and sometimes all) of the cost of preventive care (cleanings, floride, exams, and x-rays) is covered by most insurance plans.
Full payment of services not fully covered by insurance is due at the time of the visit.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. As well as Apple Pay® and Google Pay™, SAMSUNG Pay and other mobile payments.
